MythVeil Studios LLC sells digital products, including video games, downloadable content, and digital clothing items such as virtual apparel, cosmetic assets, and other digital fashion products.

Because all products are delivered digitally and made available immediately after purchase, all sales are final once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or activated. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not offered for digital purchases, except where required by applicable law.

If a customer experiences technical issues that prevent access to a purchased product, MythVeil Studios LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide support or resolve the issue. Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or where a refund is legally required under consumer protection laws.
