MythVeil Studios LLC offers both digital products and physical products. Physical products are fulfilled and shipped through our third-party fulfillment partner, Printful, using a dropshipping model.
Digital Products
Digital products, including video games, downloadable content, and digital clothing, are delivered electronically. No physical shipping is required for digital items. Access is typically provided immediately or shortly after purchase.
Physical Products (Printful Fulfillment)
Physical products, such as apparel or merchandise, are produced and shipped on demand by Printful once an order is placed. Because products are made to order, processing times may vary.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.
Shipping Time:
Shipping times vary depending on destination, shipping method, and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees for physical products are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product type, and shipping method selected. Digital products do not incur shipping fees.
Shipping Locations
Printful ships to many international destinations. Availability may vary by product and location. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Delays & Issues
MythVeil Studios LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If an order is lost, damaged, or delayed, we will assist in coordinating with Printful to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Addresses
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Printful may be unable to deliver the order. Additional fees may apply for reshipping, and refunds may not be available.
